Assuming the product or parts are in stock, Turnaround is efficiently managed in our warehouse, with most smaller orders generally taking 1-3 business days to prepare. Assembly time is required for style radiators and classic column units so those take longer (as do some larger volume orders and orders with heavier radiators).
Yes, provided we are notified by the wholesaler making the purchase, we do allow customer pickups at our warehouse entrance. Customer would need an appropriate vehicle to transport the purchase.

If you require more flexibility for our K2 and S2 units, J-brackets are an appealing option. These are wall mounted and can be screwed through the drywall straight into the stud.
Floor brackets are also available for purchase for our K1, K2 and column radiators.
Wall brackets and hardware packs ship with each unit. Valves need to be purchased separately. See our valves and accessories section for the complete list of additional items.
We recommend individual units be valved with a pair of lockshields or a TRV set. Doing this allows you to isolate the unit.
No. Radiators must be installed on a closed, non-potable water system.
All Stelrad radiators must be installed on a closed system or warranty is void. Outside wood boilers without a heat exchanger are not on a closed system. Your boiler would need a heat exchanger.
